Your AI game plan

Raise your hand if you're willing to try AI for 30 days.

The first shift is not technical. It's mindset.

Don't ask: “How are tech companies benefiting from AI?”

Ask: “How can AI benefit me, my business, my family, my team, and the people I love?”

Start with one tool. ChatGPT, Claude, or whichever AI you already have open. Do not try to master everything at once.

Work with it. Don't ask one question and leave. Let it interview you, challenge you, and build a plan with you.

Anybody can do this. You just have to raise your hand and say: “Okay, I'm going to try it.”

Quick room check

What do you already know about AI?

Before we talk tools, let's make the room visible.

Raise your hand or drop it in the chat:

Beginner, intermediate, or already building workflows?

Have you tried any of these?

  • ChatGPT or Claude
  • Custom GPTs
  • Claude Skills
  • Gmail or calendar AI workflows
  • Supernormal for meeting notes

No shame either way. Today is about leaving with one practical thing you can actually use.

Live demo

Your first AI challenge

Everyone open ChatGPT or Claude. Copy this prompt and let AI interview you one question at a time.

AI roadmap prompt
I don't want generic AI advice. I want you to understand me first. Interview me one question at a time until you know enough about my job, business, goals for the next 3 years, daily routine, what takes most of my time, what stresses me out, what I enjoy, and the skills I need for the future. Once you understand me, create a personalized AI roadmap with: 10 ways AI can save me time every week, the 5 AI skills I should learn over the next 3 years, AI workflows specific to my profession, tasks I should automate, things I should never automate, my biggest opportunities, and a 30-day AI challenge. Be practical, challenge me, and show me opportunities I have not thought about.
Speaker move: pause the presentation for 3 minutes. Let the room try it live. Then ask: “Who already learned something they didn't expect?”
The shift

Don't stop after one question.

Basic AI use

“Write an Instagram caption.”

Powerful AI use

“Help me become better at my job. Ask questions, understand my workflow, and build a plan with me.”

AI becomes powerful when it knows your context.

  • Treat it like a mentor.
  • Treat it like a strategist.
  • Treat it like a study partner.
  • Treat it like a business partner.
  • Not just a search engine.
The toolkit

The AI stack for social marketing

You don't need twenty tools. These three, used deliberately, cover almost everything a modern social marketer does.

Claude
Claude, strategy and deep work
Client strategy documents, brand positioning, analysing performance data, and long-form content.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT, captions and fast iteration
Content hooks, captions, carousel scripts, and quick brainstorming when you need volume.
Supernormal
Supernormal, client work and alignment
Strategy calls are transcribed automatically, action items are pulled out for you, and every deliverable is documented.

Technique 01

The caption formula: draft, dismantle, rebuild

The fastest way to write captions that convert is to let two models play different roles, one generates, the other critiques.

  • 1Start in ChatGPT and ask it to draft five caption options quickly.
  • 2Paste them into Claude using the critique prompt on the right.
  • 3Take Claude's critique back into ChatGPT and rebuild the strongest version, a caption that reads as genuinely human, not machine-written.
copy it!
Step 2 · paste into Claude
"A competitor posted this caption. Tear it apart. What's generic? What's missing? What would a skeptical follower ignore? What would make them actually stop scrolling?"
02
Technique 02

Pressure-test every strategy from four angles

Before you present a strategy to a client, run it past four different perspectives so you catch the weak spots first.

You walk into the room having already answered the hard questions, which makes your strategy far more convincing and helps clients commit faster.

The prompt
"I'm pitching this social strategy to a client. Give me 4 perspectives: A top social strategist, a skeptical client (won't spend money), a growth marketer (ROI-focused), and a devil's advocate. What does each see that I'm missing?"
03
Technique 03

Lock in your professional persona

AI mirrors the tone you set, so define exactly who it's being before you ask it for anything.

From that point on, everything the model produces, captions, strategies, client pitches, carries a consistent, confident and professional voice.

The prompt
"From now on, act as a top social media strategist who's built brands to 500K followers. You know how to craft viral moments while staying authentic. Keep this energy for everything I ask."
04
Technique 04

Write as if it's a $10,000 retainer

A single instruction can raise the quality of almost anything the model writes for you.

Use it for

Client pitches, strategy documents, content calendars, captions, and prospecting emails. It instantly elevates how clients perceive the quality of your work.

The prompt
"Write this like you're charging $10K/month to a brand. No filler. Premium positioning. Every word earns its place. The tone says: this is serious work."
Live stop #2

Pick one task AI should take off your plate.

Pause for 3 minutes. This is not theory — everyone chooses one real task they repeat every week, then asks AI to design the workflow.

Client work

Recaps, follow-ups, reports, proposals, onboarding, status updates.

Content work

Captions, hooks, audits, calendars, analytics, repurposing.

Admin work

Inbox, scheduling, reminders, invoices, unanswered emails, next steps.

Mini workflow prompt
I want to turn one weekly task into an AI workflow. The task is: [write the task]. Interview me one question at a time about the task, the inputs, the output, who receives it, what quality looks like, and what usually slows me down. Then design a simple workflow I can build with ChatGPT or Claude. Include: the exact prompt, what context or files I need, what should stay human, what I should review manually, and how I can improve it after one week.
Speaker move: ask everyone to drop their task in the chat. Pick 2 live examples and show how the prompt turns messy work into a repeatable system.

System 01

Build your Monday AI command center

This is where AI stops being a chatbot and becomes an operating system for your agency.

Every Monday at 9:00 AM

Your AI reads the last seven days, finds what matters, and prepares you before your first meeting.

agent · monday briefing
Gmail brief: what happened, who needs a reply, who has not replied back, pending decisions, invoices, intros and client updates.
Gmail + Instagram analytics: top posts, engagement dips, audience signals, content opportunities and what to post next.
Output: one clean weekly briefing with priorities, next steps and suggested follow-ups.
Human step: you review, approve and send. AI prepares the room; you still lead the strategy.
The weekly system

From scattered apps to one Monday briefing

For founders and agency teams, the problem is not lack of information. The problem is that the information lives everywhere.

Inbox intelligenceGmail tells you what clients asked for, what stalled, what you promised, and where you are waiting on someone else.
Marketing intelligenceInstagram tells you what content is working, what audience behavior changed, and what deserves more attention this week.

The system brings both together so your Monday starts with context, not chaos.

Copy & keep

The Monday briefing prompt

Use this inside ChatGPT, Claude, or a custom AI assistant connected to Gmail and Instagram analytics.

Monday prompt
"Every Monday at 9:00 AM, review my Gmail from the last 7 days and my Instagram analytics from the last 7 days. Create a clean executive briefing with: 1) key conversations, 2) emails I have not answered, 3) people I am waiting on, 4) client updates, risks, invoices or decisions, 5) top-performing Instagram content, 6) engagement drops or audience signals, 7) recommended content priorities for this week, and 8) a short action list ranked by urgency. Keep the tone strategic, clear and founder-friendly."
Live demo · Instagram report

Use Claude in Chrome to audit a client's Instagram.

This is the second live proof point: AI is not just writing captions, it can turn a profile into a client-ready report.

  • 1Open the client's Instagram profile in Chrome.
  • 2Open Claude from your Chrome side panel or extension.
  • 3Paste the audit prompt and ask for a Google Doc-style report.
  • 4Review the findings, add your human strategy, then share with the client.

Live move: show the profile, paste the prompt, and let the room watch the report start forming.

chrome · instagram.com/client
Claude side panel: “What should I audit on this profile?”
Prompt: You are an expert social media strategist and content analyst with deep knowledge of Instagram's algorithm, content psychology, hook writing, and engagement mechanics. Conduct a full professional Instagram content audit of this account. Analyze the last 60 days of posts. Create a beautifully formatted Google Doc with: Top performing posts, engagement trends, audience insights, 5 specific content recommendations, growth opportunities. Use color headings, tables, and clear visual hierarchy. Editorial aesthetic. Premium positioning.
Output: a polished Instagram report you can turn into a client deliverable.
The connector layer

What is an MCP, and why should marketers care?

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. Think of it as the universal adapter that lets AI safely connect to tools, data and apps.

AI assistant
Claude, ChatGPT or another model that needs context.
MCP
the secure connector
Your tools
Gmail, Drive, Slack, ClickUp, analytics, databases or internal systems.

For marketers, this means your AI can move from “write me a caption” to “read the right context, understand what happened, and draft the next action.”

Build once

How building a Custom GPT looks

A Custom GPT is your repeatable assistant inside ChatGPT: instructions, connected tools, knowledge, and a test preview.

Beginner takeaway: you are not coding. You are packaging a workflow.

Name
Monday Agency Briefing GPT
Instructions
Review Gmail + Instagram analytics. Summarize priorities, unanswered emails, waiting-on replies and content opportunities.
Tools
Connect Gmail / analytics through approved apps or actions. Add scheduling as a separate ChatGPT task or external automation.
Test: “Run my Monday briefing for the last 7 days.”
Claude Skills

How building a Claude Skill looks

A Claude Skill is a reusable folder of instructions Claude can load when the task matches.

For this workshop: the skill teaches Claude how to run your Gmail weekly briefing the same way every time.

--- name: gmail-weekly-brief description: Use this when the user wants a Monday Gmail summary of the last 7 days, including unanswered emails, waiting-on replies, client updates and action items. --- # Gmail Weekly Brief Workflow 1. Review Gmail from the last 7 days. 2. Group conversations by person/client. 3. Flag emails the user has not answered. 4. Flag emails where the user is waiting on a reply. 5. Summarize decisions, risks, invoices and next steps. 6. End with the top 5 priorities for this week.
Automate it

Run the Monday briefing every week

Now the story comes together: prompt → custom assistant → tool connection → scheduled delivery.

ScheduleEvery Monday at 9:00 AM.
Pull contextGmail + Instagram analytics from the last 7 days.
DeliverA briefing with priorities, follow-ups and content moves.

You can build this with ChatGPT tasks, Claude Projects + Skills, or an AI assistant connected through MCP. The point is not the tool. The point is the repeatable weekly system.

Supernormal

Where Supernormal fits

Supernormal is the easiest place to start because every call, presentation and client meeting becomes organized context.

Live switch: after this slide, open the Supernormal page and show them exactly how the recording, notes, action items and credits work.

On every call, it transcribes the conversation, writes a summary, extracts the action items, and shares everything with your team or client.

For client work, every strategy call becomes a clean recap with documented decisions and clear next steps, quietly signalling that you're organised and on top of the relationship.

Supernormal · the flow

One click, and the whole call captures itself

  • 1Open Supernormal and hit New capture, that's the entire setup. It starts listening the moment your call begins, with no bot joining the meeting.
  • 2During the call it transcribes everything in real time and identifies each speaker automatically.
  • 3When you hang up, the full transcript, a summary and the action items land in your inbox and on supernormal.com within minutes.

Your end-to-end content engine

Here's how your AI tools and Supernormal combine into one repeatable workflow.

The client sees a full day's work. It took you two hours.

  • 1You get on the client call, and Supernormal records it automatically.
  • 2Supernormal pulls out the strategy points and action items.
  • 3You feed those into Claude, using the "$10K retainer" instruction.
  • 4Claude generates the content strategy and captions.
  • 5You send the client a recap and recommendations the same day.
