A fun, practical workshop for founders, marketers and agency girls who want better AI answers without becoming technical.
Today: less theory, more copy/paste + live testing.
AI is not magic. It is more like a very fast assistant who needs context, direction and examples.
Think of this as onboarding a new teammate. What would they need to know before you gave them work?
Tell AI: what you sell, who you help, your offers, differentiators, goals and current priorities.
Nomad is a marketing agency...
Tell AI: what you talk about, who follows you, your experience, opinions, voice and boundaries.
I create content for women founders...
Tell AI: the client's product, audience, brand voice, approved claims, competitors and campaign goals.
This client is a Pilates studio...
Tell AI: how you naturally sound and what instantly feels wrong.
Warm + direct. Never corporate...
Context is not the task. Context is what AI should remember while doing the task.
It is one clean text file that explains your business to AI before you ask it to do work.
Think of it like the onboarding document you would give a new assistant, strategist or intern.
Chats get buried. New chats start blank. ChatGPT and Claude do not automatically share the same memory. Projects change. Tools change.
Save your core business context on your computer, then attach or paste it wherever you work: ChatGPT, Claude, Custom GPTs, Projects, Skills or client systems.
Your computer becomes the source of truth. AI becomes the worker that uses it.
Business: boutique social + influencer agency
Audience: consumer + wellness brands
Offers: social media, creator campaigns, content days, events
Voice: smart, warm, direct, never corporate
Priority: grow recurring retainers this quarter
Later, if your business grows, you can split this into separate files like Brand Voice.md, Offers.md and Current Priorities.md. For today, keep it simple: one file.
Sofia owns a small matcha café + online matcha brand. She wants AI to help with content, emails and launch ideas.
“Write an Instagram caption promoting our matcha.”
AI knows Sunday Matcha's audience, offers, voice, launch priority and words to avoid.
Role: Act as Sunday Matcha's social strategist.
Context: Use my Business Context.md.
Task: Write a launch caption for NYC shipping.
Rules: Short, playful, no corporate language, no clichés.
Output: 3 caption options with different hooks.
This is the point: context makes the Super Prompt work better.

“What is one phrase you NEVER want AI to write for your brand?”
Corporate, cheesy, too Gen Z, too luxury, too salesy.
People laugh, but they also understand that boundaries improve outputs.
“Now we are going to capture all of that into one reusable Business Context.md.”
Everyone runs this. AI interviews you first, then gives you the final Markdown text for Business Context.md. You review it, save it on your computer, and reuse it later.
What was the most accurate thing AI learned about your business?
What did it ask that you had never clearly defined?
What did you have to correct?
Correct anything wrong before you save. AI is helpful, but you are the source of truth.
Make one folder called My AI Company Context.
Paste the final text into a plain text file named Business Context.md.
Attach it to Claude Projects, paste it into ChatGPT, or use it when building Custom GPTs and Skills.
We are not jumping around. We are building the foundation first, then the prompt, then the reusable workflow.
“What is one thing AI understood about you, your work or your voice?”
Keep it fast. No long explanations.
“See? Everyone’s AI answer is different because everyone gave different context.”
“Now that AI knows you, we can give it a real job.”
A Super Prompt is not a longer prompt. It is a clearer brief.
“Act as my senior content strategist for a boutique marketing agency.”
“My audience is founders who want AI to save time, not sound robotic.”
“Create a 5-slide carousel teaching one practical AI habit.”
“Do not sound corporate. Keep it simple, useful and slightly playful.”
“Give slide text, speaker notes and a caption with a CTA.”
“Write me an Instagram caption.”
“Act as my brand copywriter. Use my AI Context Card. Write a caption for founders learning AI. Keep it smart, warm, concise, not corporate. Give me 3 options with different hooks.”
This is the second live exercise. Everyone picks one real task they do every week.
Task: Turn one idea into a carousel.
Super Prompt goal: “Create a 5-slide carousel, with a clear hook, simple teaching points and a caption that gets comments.”
Task: Follow up with a lead.
Super Prompt goal: “Write a warm but direct follow-up that reminds them of the value, handles hesitation and asks for the next step.”
Task: Make a weekly client recap.
Super Prompt goal: “Summarize wins, blockers, next steps and what I need from the client in a clean agency-style update.”
Task: Turn notes into action.
Super Prompt goal: “Use my Supernormal notes to create action items, owner names, follow-up email and next meeting agenda.”
“What task did you choose, and what did AI ask you before writing the prompt?”
The questions AI asks reveal the missing context.
Have people drop their task in the chat.
“Better questions create better prompts.”
Your Business Context.md stores what AI should KNOW. Your process files store what AI should DO repeatedly.
You do not need to learn code.
Markdown just uses simple headings and bullets. AI can create the formatting for you.
Your job: review it → save it → reuse it.
Save information AI should remember across many future tasks. Don’t bury permanent context inside one random chat.
“Give me 10 launch ideas.”
Role + Context + Task + Rules + Output
Teach AI who you are → give it better instructions → save what works → repeat.
Claude cannot record meetings by itself. Supernormal captures the meeting, notes and action items so your AI has something real to work from.
Capture the conversation → turn it into prompts, briefs, follow-ups and next steps.
Save your Business Context.md. Pick one repetitive task. Build a Super Prompt. Test it. Save the process.
